Instantly! Guests have two lightning-fast options: they can grab a beautiful high-quality print right on the spot, or they can scan a simple QR code with their phone to get a digital copy, perfect for sharing online before they’ve even left the booth.

Start by completing the enquiry form below to open an email draft, or use a Schedule a Call button to choose a call time. Review and send the draft from your email app—filling in the form does not send it automatically. We’ll confirm availability and send you a contract and an invoice for the deposit. Your date is secured once the contract is signed and the deposit is paid.

We understand that plans can change. The 50% deposit is non-refundable as it secures your date. If you need to cancel more than 30 days before the event, no further payment is required. Cancellations within 30 days of the event require payment of the full balance, as we have held your date and turned away other potential bookings.

This is our worst nightmare, and we do everything to avoid it. We use top-of-the-line, regularly tested equipment and always bring backups for our backups. In the extremely rare case of a technical failure, we will provide a prorated refund for any time lost. If we can't operate at all, you get a 100% refund. Period.

Our flock is based in Vancouver, and we offer free travel for events within a 1-hour drive. This covers most of the Lower Mainland, including Vancouver, Richmond, Surrey, the North Shore, and the Tri-Cities. If your party is a bit further out, we’re happy to join for a simple travel fee.

We're always early to the party! Our attendant will arrive 30-45 minutes before your photo booth start time to get everything set up and looking perfect.

Absolutely not. That’s part of our 'No Goosin' Around' promise. Your 4-hour rental means 4 full hours of photo booth fun for you and your guests. Setup and teardown happen on our time, not yours.

Less than you'd think! A 10x10 foot space is ideal. We just require access to a single, standard power outlet and ask that a 6-foot banquet table (with a tablecloth, if possible) be provided for our prop display. Most venues are happy to supply one for us!

Yes, we love outdoor parties! We just require a completely flat, dry surface and access to power. For the safety of our equipment and your guests, we must be protected from the elements, so a covered area like a tent or patio is necessary in case of rain or intense sun.
